Maggie's First Winter Walk

We took Maggie for a walk down to town yesterday. All three of us needed a little air! It was an adventure to bundle Maggie up for the first time, and then to get her back home:

First week at home

We have had a good first week at home, trying to catch up on sleep (might take 18 years). We've had a bunch of visitors and some quality family time!

Introducing... Margaret Dow Tajima!

Maggie has arrived! She was born at 6:44 pm on Wednesday, January 5. She was 7 pounds, 10.5 ounces and 19.5 inches long at birth. After 19 hours of labor, we were so thrilled and relieved to finally meet her! Emerson Hospital was really fantastic, we were so pleased with everything they did for us.

We are so happy to be home with our daughter, she is amazing, as I'm sure all parents feel about their children! What an adventure! Here are some pictures from her first few days of life:
